Problem/Motivation

Noticed in 📌 Update CKEditor 5 to 45.0.0 Active . Should link to 45.2.0 like the other ckeditor5 libraries.

But ckeditor hasn't been updated to 45.2.0 yet so this would be incorrect. Think the issue should just be fixed in the 14.2 update since it's uncommitted.
