Issues with the mobile menu

Please add steps to reproduce this issue and screenshot for reference.

Version Drupal 10.3
SShop 8.x-1.x-dev

If you open the site on a mobile device, there is a flicker effect where the mobile menu appears for a few miliseconds then it disappears, this MR fixes this: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/sshop/-/merge_requests/59

Needs review, hopefully someone can review this before merging to the main branch.

I'll merge it to the main branch as well and mark it as "Fixed", seeing that no one bothered to review my changes, if anyone is still having issues with this, please let me know and I'll re-open the task.
