Remove the content type recipes from the project template and install profile

Problem/Motivation

Drupal CMS 2's install-time options won't ask you to choose a bunch of generic content types that you may or may not have use for. These will be superseded by site templates.

Proposed resolution

The content type recipes will remain in our subtree split (for now), and we will continue to maintain them, but they will no longer be part of projects spun up with drupal/cms, or presented in the installer.

This will only affect Drupal CMS 2.x.
