Event Platform 2.x dependencies not compatible with Drupal Core 9

The Event Platform 2.x branch requires ECA → ^2.1.6, which is compatible with Drupal core ^10.3 or ^11.

Event Platform 2.x should probably drop support for Drupal Core ^9.

Remove Drupal 9 from `core_version_requirement` in the `.info.yml`
