My research didn't yield much in the way of arguments for one over the other. Some CRMs use one and some the other and probably even more CRMs use more generic terms like "contact". I'm indifferent.
Changing "Individual" to "Person" makes the UI clearer, more user-friendly, and easier to translate. Itβs a good step toward improving CRM usability.

Reviewed all code changes and committed minor tweaks.
Performed some manual testing in the UI.
