Rename Individual to Person

Individual is less clear than person. Person is probably a better word for translation too.

Rename the Contact bundle individual to person. Update UI to be person.

My research didn't yield much in the way of arguments for one over the other. Some CRMs use one and some the other and probably even more CRMs use more generic terms like "contact". I'm indifferent.
