Add Typing Indicator ("AI is thinking...") or ("AI is processing") to Improve User Feedback in AI Chat Explorer

Tested the Changes.
steps:
- Applied the patch and tested the functionality.
- On clicking the "Ask AI" button, the "AI is thinking..." text with a loader appears immediately.
- The loader is shown to the right side of the button.
- The message disappears as soon as the AI starts streaming the response.

@ishani patel - It all looks good. I did one suggestion to make it more consistent with how the text is without streaming.

I'll let you decide, you can either add it or just keep as is. Just set it back to RTBC when you took a decision and I will merge this.
