Schema errors for notification_system_dispatch.settings

Problem/Motivation

When I run tests and have "Notification System Dispatch" installed, I get the following errors:

Drupal\Core\Config\Schema\SchemaIncompleteException: Schema errors for notification_system_dispatch.settings with the following errors: notification_system_dispatch.settings:_core missing schema

Steps to reproduce

Run a functional test that installs "Notification System Dispatch"

Proposed resolution

Change the type of "mapping" in the settings to "config_object"
