Update documentation for Drupal module regarding DSFR version used by branch 1.0.x

Indeed, the doc (README.md) of 1.0.x branch is outdated, we should recommend to install version 1.11.2

this is just a minor update in the README.md

would you do that ?

I may have misspoken, I was talking about the table in the Drupal page and not the README. I'd like to update the page but I don't have access to edit it, which is reserved for the module maintainer.
