Improve the “Skip to main content”-link

Skip links are far too often skipped in the QA process.

I am working on it.

Please review the changes. I am attaching a video for reference.

@sandip poddar, I have checked this on Drupal- 10.3.1-dev and am able to apply the MR !581 mergeable successfully, but there is no difference before and after using the patch for me, Let me know if I have missed any step here.

Previously, I worked on this using the Drupal CMS. I have now applied my merge request (MR) in Drupal 10.4.1, and the changes are clearly visible. Could you please try again from your side?

Did you remember to clear your cache after applying the patch? Otherwise, the changes should have appeared on your local environment.

Yes @sandip poddar, It worked for me after clearing the cache in my local environment.
