These commits were added that break the module style structure and are premature
1. There is no point in adding them until the design is approved.
2. They add chaos to the system that we are trying to keep simple
3. The tasks clearly stated that the design can and will change
4. It will be much easier to add them when the design is approved than to clean up and test these changes later.

More details
1. Thin pencil icon instead of pencil icon. No point without design and without API icons. Clutters the repository now.
2. toolbar-button--primary should only be responsible for color and not for padding and font size. Again, it makes no sense to do without design
3. margins are not allowed according to Bam. They make styles not reusable
