Support commerce 3.0

The Recommended version of commerce is 3.0 but this module requires 2.0 and is preventing me from upgrading

composer why-not drupal/commerce 3.0
drupal/commerce_reports     1.x-dev    requires drupal/commerce (^2.7)

Same here! This is the only commerce module left, that is NOT commerce 3 compatible!

This is already solved in the MR of 📌 Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for commerce_reports Needs work where a lot of work is already done. We should finish the rest there.
