The "Unpublished" badge for an unpublished translation is green

Problem/Motivation

The "Unpublished" badge for an unpublished translation appears green if the source translation is published.

It is unclear whether this behavior is a bug or an intended feature.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an unpublished node.

Add an unpublished translation to the node.

Result: All badges are grey.

Publish the source node translation.

Result: All badges turn green.
