When Download and Sync options are enabled for Audio in the DAM system, the Audio fails to preview properly. Users may encounter a blank screen, even though the file appears to be synced and downloaded successfully.
create a new project using drupal-recommended-project
enable acquia dam and enter all configurations required
enable Download and Sync assets at admin/structure/media/manage/acquia_dam_audio_asset and save configuration
create a DAM media reference field in page/article content type and select Acquia DAM Video and save configuration
create a new content and select any audio in media field and save content
visit the node page and you will see DAM audio are not showing

Code
The functionality to display/play local audio media is currently unavailable in the Acquia DAM interface. This feature is present in the Media: Acquia DAM, this need to be updated accordingly for consistency and enhanced user experience.
