Use Interfaces instead of Class names in AgentHelper::construct

Oh, yes - good catch. We will merge 1.0.0. Setting it back to RTBC for that.

I needed this because I tried to test the 1.1.x-dev AI Agents on a site using s3fs. It need to use the FileSystemInterface. The patch doesn't apply because it looks like AgentHelper.php has already been altered in 1.1.x-dev. AiAgentBase.php has not though.

Here's a port for 1.1. Only the PluginBase is part of it since the changes are already in place for the helper. Did it as a patch so as not to interfere with the MR, which is for 1.0.
