Problem/Motivation

Further work needed in search recipe to fix following issue:

  <li>Need to add facet block on all view pages.</li>
  <li>Applying recipes should work regardless of their sequence.</li>
  <li>Need t</li>
</ul>o create three blocks:
block.block.views_block__article_cards_recent_articles_block.yml
block.block.views_block__event_cards_past_events_block.yml
block.block.views_block__event_cards_upcoming_events_block.yml
