Fix DrupalPractice.Objects.GlobalFunction in hooks

This is a large change set, (93 files + 1598 − 1324) so I asked the committers if they wanted this split into smaller issues. So far, the response was to leave this as is.

This is a large set to review, but they all are very similar. This looks good and the pipelines agree.

Just a conflict in phpcs.xml.dist. Linting checks have passed, restoring RTBC.

This time the conflicts were in NodeHooks1. And it was straightforward and linting has passes, so restoring RTBC.
