Remove username from search result display

Made this change in node.html.twig so that it will apply everywhere for now.

This change looks

fine from a theme perspective.

I don’t believe the author information is available to set that the configuration/recipe level so marking this at RTBC as it is the best option to solve the issue.

For blog and news items it is still showing.

For testing you can enable demo content, then you have content for all content types. When searching for 'drupalcon' you see news and blog items:

ddev composer require drupal/drupal_cms_demo_content
ddev drush recipe ../recipes/drupal_cms_demo_content
ddev drush recipe ../recipes/drupal_cms_search
ddev drush sapi-r
ddev drush sapi-i
ddev launch /search?text=drupalcon

Must be testing on an older commit? It's removed from the template, so not really possible for it to still be displaying?
