This issue is to keep track for a stable release 1.0.0.

- 📌 Remove WIP Translator "StringTranslationFromFiles" Active
- string_plural_form has a stable release
- 📌 Move "String Plural Form" Rules configuration and handling to separate contrib project Active
- ✨ Provide default localisations via module_name.string.yml Active
- 📌 100% Test Coverage Active

Since the project provides an API geared towards developers, it needs to maintain strict backwards compatibility. So keeping this in mind, we would re-evaluate features which are incomplete should be kept or not.
