TypeError: file_usage_add(): Argument #1 ($file) must be of type stdClass, bool given

Upon submitting settings for at `/admin/config/services/disqus`

leads to WSOD with the following error to logs

TypeError: file_usage_add(): Argument #1 ($file) must be of type stdClass, bool given, called in /var/www/html/docroot/sites/all/modules/contrib/disqus/disqus.admin.inc on line 236 in file_usage_add() (line 713 of /var/www/html/docroot/includes/file.inc).
