Tags needs space from bottom.

I have created the patch please review it.

Applied Patch from #3 . Patch gets applied cleanly .
Issue is not resolved , Spacing is not added after tag.

Needs work
Steps :
1. Create Content , Add tags to content
2. Check the spacing below tags last term
