Comment section not looks good

Problem/Motivation

Fix the comment section design in the article page. I have attached screenshot for reference.

Steps to reproduce

Step1 : Install Rigel theme and set as a default theme.
Step2 : Create article and add few comments on that article.
You can find the issue that design not looks good of comment section.
