I think the translations need a "klaro" context parameter. We're having similar issues at COOKiEs ... -.-

Translations have a context and in this case we only store a config item and do not change translations. But obviously stores Drupal config translations as interface translations. Very strange.
Unfortunately, the proposed change doesn't work for us because the text is often played without the 2nd button. I therefore suggest “Yes (this time)”.

@jan kellermann sorry I didn't have the time to take a deeper look into code, but I remember we're having a similar flaw in COOKiES. I hope it's not the same: #3219293: COOKiES settings translation affects Drupal Core localization translations →
That part of code was introduced by the original maintainer years ago and it's something we planned to fix all the time... Maybe some information from the issue is helpful?

Yes, with #2905295 we are struggling since years, too...
I hope changing the source strings helps to avoid this core bug.
