Add "Cookie" term to the project page title

Hmm, I'm not sure I'd like that change. In fact, I'm really excited that this module does it right by not focusing on Cookies. I find that misleading. Having said that, I know that the European legal industry has done a terrible job and planted that term in everybody's brain. But it's still wrong.

I would expect this module to become very popular very quickly, so that should really be an issue any longer, it will be found or known by everybody. At least that's my hope.

And that's why I used the ampersand in the suggestion:

Klaro Cookie & Consent Management

But I'm fine with any decision.

COOKiES (containing the name) will also catch a lot of users, once we decide to deprecate and switch over to Klaro!

I agree with @anybody here! Both COOKiES → and this module were released in the same year, but COOKiES has about 10x the download count, even if it's not superior to this module.

(I didn't influence @Grevil ;D) Talking this morning, he told the same story I told here, before I told him. haha

We did discuss and like the idea and renamed the module page.

Later we will rename in info.yml and composer.json.
