On Mobile view tabs are running out.

After fixing the issue.

Hi,
I have tested MR8 on Drupal 10.3.10.

Steps Performed:
1. Installed the Honey theme.
2. Make it default for the admin as well.
3. To see the page options, go to admin/appearance/settings/honey.
4. Check the options in the mobile view.

Observation - As seen in the screenshot (Main Navigation Issue), the main navigation is still not responsive, hence, it would require fix as well.

I am working on it.

Menu tabs and breadcrumb are fixed for both adminstrator and user site also.
But there are still some issue related to the responsive like buttons are overflow not give proper spacing for different elements. Please create another issue for that.

I checked MR 8. Changes are working fine. Moving this to RTBC.
