[PP-1] Queue button is not working in modal

Problem/Motivation

While working on ✨ Consider making 'detail page' a modal window instead of a separate "page" in app Active it is identified that Queue button is not working in case of detail page/ modal.

Steps to reproduce

• Enable Allow installing via UI at admin/config/development/project_browser
• Go to /admin/modules/browse and click any project title to open modal
