Use a test module instead of Ban in dependency tests

Applied the MR and searched for 'ban' usage

Assuming migrate modules are it's own issue
But found use in UpdatePathTestBaseFilledTest and ConfigImportUITest

Removed Ban module usage from UpdatePathTestBaseFilledTest and ConfigImportUITest. Kindly review

Thanks. Not sure if we need replacements for any of those but think this addresses the task.

The usage in ConfigUiImportTest is meaningful and needs to be replaced with something else equivalent.

I reverted the changes to ConfigImportUITest.php and then changed it to a test module instead of Ban.

Believe feedback has been addressed for this one
