Media library links: remove #markup

Problem/Motivation

In core/modules/media_library/src/MediaLibraryUiBuilder.php::buildMediaTypeMenu(), I would like to remove #markup in links display title to simplify the renderable array.

I don't see why it is needed and currently I have a side effect regarding:
- ✨ Ensure media library popin is usable Postponed
- 🐛 Side effect in links prop type normalization casting Active
