Unblock does not redirect back to the list

Block/Unblock is displayed from a few places. Please see the attached screenshot.

I think we should use destination param to return to the previous page. For example, by default we can redirect to "private_message.private_message_page" but in case the destination parameter is provided, use it instead of the default one.

Done for both unban as well as ban confirmation forms.
