Paragraphs Features: Broken between-item buttons

Problem/Motivation

Since upgrade to RC14 the button between the items to add new paragraphs is broken in some cases.

Steps to reproduce

Enable paragraphs_features
Add a paragraph reference field
Enable Option add_in_between
Set add_in_between_link_count to a value, that some paragraph types are displayed as button

Apparently this is also being discussed in the Paragraphs EE modules issue queue with a possible fix: 🐛 Add in between button is no longer horizontally centered when using Gin Active .
