character count message not visible due to ajax error

@bram.velthoven I have checked this and there is no issue in version 3.1.0, i am attaching video in that you can see there is no ajax error and message is always present, please provide more detail if i missed somthing.

I've just found that this is the same issue behaviour as 🐛 Maxlength message blinks when an ajax call happens within the form Active , so im closing this as duplicate.
