I think this was decided in #3310900: Signature element needs accessible alternative → . Can you verify?
The signature input field is not accessible as it does not work with a screen reader nor with keyboard input.
Modify the input to have a toggle indicating that an accessible alternative is desired, the present text fields that allow them to adopt an alternative that is input via the keyboard.
