Misplaced status-messages.html.twig file in stable9

I am pretty sure this is a duplicate. Maybe later I can search.

I found the duplicate. It is 📌 Templates folder structure in stable9 is misleading Needs work . That issue is older and has more discussion, therefor I am closing this as a duplicate.
