Fix MissingParamType in core/libComponents

Relying on the rule to catch everything.

Spot checked a handful of the changes, some of them are assigning private variables who's type matches the change being added.

Think this is good.

Going to fix on commit as the changes a tiny and not controversial - the methods allow a NULL and the @param needs to account for that.
