Autocomplete dropdown doesn't work with nested taxonomy terms

Problem/Motivation

When you have a taxonomy vocabulary with nested terms and a entity reference field referencing those terms with a Tagify Select widget, all nested terms are prefixed with a dash. When typing the name of a nested term, it doesn't appear in the suggested results unless you prefix the search term with a dash, even when matching is set to 'contains'.

Proposed resolution

Stop showing dashes for nested terms.
