Offering to maintain Svg Image

Message sent today to Yaroslav Lushnikov (imyaro), current maintainer of the Svg Image module:

Hi Yaroslav,

We are using the Svg Image module on some web sites.

We need to be able to use this module on some new Drupal 11 web sites.

I volunteer to maintain the module and pledge to do a Drupal 11 release as soon as possible.

I have already created an issue ✨ Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for svg_image Active with a MR that implements a few fixes.
