I think we intended the mail stuff to go into Automation, but this by providing authentication, it probably also belongs in Security (note: not access control because it's not the security of the site content itself, really.)

(The module is currently tagged Integrations and I wouldn't mind if the maintainer wanted to leave that as their third choice)
