Maybe instead of sun we can use drupal logo?

Yes worked on it... Tried some variants I would still go with the sun as the context is to show users that Its an image to be added in that thumbnail.

hmm yes maybe plane one looked better, Lets look for additional feedback

Great! Let’s go with the logo in the circle and use 600x400 and can you try a version that has a light blue hue instead of grey?

Thanks! I like option 2 and 3, but I understand your concern about not going with a standard grey. If you could create standalones for all 3, then I can try them out. Thanks!
