Add ignore for some words used in tests

Problem/Motivation

This is a group of words where I think adding an ignore to the relevant file(s) is the solution.

Proposed resolution

These are used in tests only. Some are words specific to a system like curl, mysql or postgresql and are thus ignored in that system. For precedence see core/modules/pgsql/src/Driver/Database/pgsql/Schema.php.

Reviewed the list in the summary which matches the MR. Moving to inline ignore LGTM

postupdate was almost thinking it could be a drupal word but post_update is probably more correct.
