Getting error when visiting configuration page with Drupal 11

Let's do a simple thing - 10.2 and 11 as compatible Drupal core releases,
and we can simplify than DI part.

People have 3.0.0 release which works if they are below Drupal 10.2

Updated the MR and simplified the dependency injection to have less of those issues in the future.

Tnx. Will create separate issue to drop support for 8 and 9. We don't need these anymore.
