Recipe for Drupal Gutenberg

Problem/Motivation

As a part of Drupal Starshot / Drupal CMS we'd like Gutenberg to have a separate recipe ready.

Proposed resolution

• You activate the Drupal Gutenberg recipe and get things like:
• An article content type with Gutenberg activated.
• A couple of example articles with long read content with inline videoes and so on.
• Install Gin theme and the Gin Gutenberg module.
• Install and activate the Gutenberg starter theme.
