I have Calendar module installed that requires view_templates module. This view_templates adds a menu item to navigation.

After this is shown the "views" menu item itself is no longer reachable. This happens also to a few other modules that create sub menus.
Is this a defect of navigation module or views module itself? How can this solved?

For visibility can you please mention those module names where you have faced similar issue?
Changes are made on on 11.x (our main development branch) first, and are then back ported as needed according to our policies.
