The source file is no longer available message comes each time when media popup is opened

media-popup-logger-message.patch
The above patch is used to remove the message each time user opens the media popup
Instead we have added the error message in recent log.
media-popup-validation-for-all-media-library.patch
1. The above patch is used to add validation when no media item is selected and we hit the insert selected button ,so that error message comes in the same popup window
2.When we select the video which has no url access ,it will throw message "No source file available".
