Redirect to poll url after saved

You can probably alter the form somehow to alter the redirect to go to the node view.

However not sure out of the top of my head how to get that working for new content as you don't have an entity ID yet at that stage in order to build the redirect.

I investigate how to node form works. Just add a simple condititon
