Orientation is not present if a maximum image dimension is set on the field

I guess this is a duplicate of 🐛 Use constraint instead of function validator Active .

• Without maximum dimensions, it works using exif_orientation_file_presave().
• With maximum dimensions, it should work using, exif_orientation_field_widget_single_element_form_alter(), but it doesn't due to that issue.

I confirm that the patch on 🐛 Use constraint instead of function validator Active fixes this issue.
