node access not being restricted

Greetings, I need assistance. Per the Read Me instructions I have set up a node to restrict node access to two users.

Yet, after configuring and updating permissions, this node is accessible to all users (anon/any site specific role).

It only works if you select "Access denied" as the action..
By the way, it doesn't work with taxonomy terms with any options.
First commit to issue fork.

Hii,

Functionality was not working for taxonomy terms. I have created MR #10 to resolve this issue.
