On Drupal 10.3 causing PHP Exception

Problem/Motivation

I upgraded my site to Drupal 10.3 where this ReadMore button is already added for one of my text format, but when I am trying to save the text format configuration page I can see error in log with WSOD.

Symfony\Component\Validator\Exception\LogicException: The LangcodeRequiredIfTranslatableValues constraint can only operate on the root object being validated. in Drupal\Core\Config\Plugin\Validation\Constraint\LangcodeRequiredIfTranslatableValuesConstraintValidator->validate() (line 26 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Config/Plugin/Validation/Constraint/LangcodeRequiredIfTranslatableValuesConstraintValidator.php).

Steps to reproduce

  • Site with drupal 10.3
  • Edit any text format
  • Drag the ReadMore button in the active toolbar
  • Hit the save text format button, an you will see this error.
