Convert Starshot Tag component to SDC

I used the converted to create a base yml file then cleaned it up a bit.

Some notes for the converter:
- Booleans need to be changed to have their title as the description for the boolean.
- Should the defaults be displayed in the yml?
- The converter didn't create a enums where it should've
- Not everything with a space in it has quotes around it, not sure if this is necessary or not
- it included a blank default for a boolean.. it seems like that it's getting that from line 27 of the twig. I deleted it because I wasn't seeing defaults for other bools, but this could be wrong

This is looking pretty good but I see some minor things:

1. Missing status
2. Missing group
3. Longer content description
4. I'm not sure url needs to be required... I've see "tags" where they aren't clickable, but maybe then that's a "chip"?

Oh yeah I felt like the converter was missing something at the top, of course. I changed it and reattached. I'm not sure how the converter determines what is required...

I think this is good enough to get merged so we can start testing.

Looks good! Crediting Anand since the parser was used.

The merge didn't go through so I'm debugging.

My guess is it was failing due to not being in sync with main so merged in and retrying.

It got bumped out again so I've pinged the infra folks to see what's going on.

Moving to postponed until the script is finalized.
