Use SDC conversion script to create baseline SDC YAML and README files

Note that he ran all the code linters, so tweaked some things to get YAML files error-free except one probably that he's making an issue for.

Fix summary to reflect state of the docs and add related issue.

Generated ymls and mds using the twig-sdc-yaml-generator, fixed some twig problems, and some errors found while linting.
