$lockStatus is deprecated

I fixed the issue in ExternalEntitiesLocalTask and ExternalEntityTypeForm.

The error from ExternalEntityTypeForm was shown after saving.

Note: I've changed the UI to manage mapping and storage clients. The "lock" system (used for programmatically created xntts) needs to be upgraded according to those changes. It's one of my next tasks which will be reflected by an update of the doc and of the xntt_example_d7import companion module (and a future new companion module xntt_example_module_info).

i have tested 8.x-2.x and 3462773-lockstatus-is-deprecated branch i did not find any error in log page.
steps i followed
1. checkout 8.x-2.x branch and install module.
2. check Recent log messages page.
3. same as checkout 3462773-lockstatus-is-deprecated branch.

Hi @Chandansha, you're using the wrong branch. This issue is related to v3 and not v2. By the way, don't worry about this issue as it has been fixed on current dev.
