Error on entity add form: call to getEntityName() on null in gin_everywhere_form_alter()

Problem/Motivation

I'm getting this error when trying to add a new "Account" entity (defined in my custom module by using drush generator):

If I disable gin_everywhere, create the entity, re-enable gin_everywhere and edit the entity, everything works fine.
